Main Auction House was founded in February 2013 and had since grown to become one of the leading auction houses in Nigeria and it majors in the sale of properties; including properties, equipment and vehicles. The co-founders of Main Auction House have over forty-five years’ experience in the property business and have brokered sales of properties; including real estate, personal properties using several methods of sale including: sealed bid, negotiated sales and private placement.
Our founders have brokered property sales for multinational corporations, banks, Non-Governmental Organisations, State Governments, Federal Republic of Nigeria and so on.

'Dayo Adebayo

He has been in the auctioneering business for close to two decades; his firm Real Estate Derivatives, packaged one of the most successful sale of forfeited real estate assets for the Federal Government of Nigeria through one of its agencies.
Another of his firms, Main Auction House has either by itself or in partnership with other firms sold several art works, equipment, office furniture, cars and personal items for several private and corporate clients. He is also a Contract Auctioneer.
He is the Dean of The Auction School, the premier institution setup for the training of auctioneers in Nigeria. He was the immediate past Secretary General of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter. He is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria and a Licensed Auctioneer.
He attended several professional courses both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria on the practice of auctioneering amongst which are the International Auctioneers Master Class in Birmingham, United Kingdom and Advanced Property & Chattels Auctions both organized by National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), the largest body of auctioneers in United Kingdom.
He is on the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) course organized by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), USA at the University of Indiana, Bloomington, USA; which is the highest level of professional training for Auctioneers worldwide.
He facilitates at several trainings on auctioneering and he is a regular trainer for the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria.
He was the Keynote Speaker for the 2018 Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria Seminar held in Lagos State. He has conducted several auctions in many states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
‘Dayo has a Masters of Law Degree (LL.M) with Distinction from University of Cumbria, United Kingdom. He is a graduate of Law (LL.B) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, Nigeria and Partner in the firm of ADEBAYO & ADEBAYO (Legal Practitioners).

She is an Auctioneer, an accomplished Realtor and Solicitor of more than two decades. She is the co-founder of Real Estate Derivatives and Main Auction House. She has a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Cumbria, United Kingdom and she is on the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) course organized by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), USA at the University of Indiana, Bloomington, USA; which is the highest level of professional training for Auctioneers worldwide.
She has a rich experience in Trading, Banking, Real Estate Agency and Law. She was at various times the Deputy Head of Chambers of Femi Atoyebi & Co., Head, Assets Trading and Intermediation and Head, Business Development and Corporate Services of Associated Discount House Limited.
She is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria, Associate Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK; member of Association of Estate Agents of Nigeria and member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
